fizzy drinks
like many Americans i struggle with my weight. I've tried all sorts of fad diets. the 1 thing that seems to work for a lot of people is drinking carbonated (or fizzy) drinks suck as fizzy water or diet sodas. the reason they work is the carbonation fills up the tummy and keeps it from getting hungry faster than it should. although, if you think drinking tons of soda will help with your weight it can cause things to your insides like to your teeth and internal organs due to excessive sugar consumption and the chemicals.
