i did some research on caffeine and the effects on the body. it helps people with breathing problems and are at risk of diabetes. being a diabetic its a part of my life. although, i am trying to avoid another risk in my family (heart disease). its good in the fact that it: lowers risk of diabetes, help with breathing and helps your body resist fat. on the down side: you can over dose, have higher levels of anxiety not to mention being hyper, headaches and being moody.
