panic attack

I've only had 2 legit panic attacks. once when i was in the library the day after the senior allied softball game. it rained and i started freaking out. i tried waiting it out but i couldn't. the other time i was going to a doctors appointment and was freaking out over how i'd get there since i had no clue how to get there.
