I'm trying to lose weight by not eating as much meat. mostly to reduce my sat fat intake (my granddad had heart trouble and passed away because of it) so I'm trying to reduce my risk of it. I'm also losing a ton of fluid right now since I'm not eating as much meat. I'll be able to lose a few pound on this diet since I'm not eating as much and losing water weight. most people when they 1st lose weight they'll lose water weight.
