forensic science speech

i decided to do a forensic science speech once. it was a complete and total fail. 1) because i was nervous 2) because there was WAY too much information and it wasn't organized (i was apparently jumping everywhere) 3) i looked stupid with a blood stained shirt. i had no prior "run thru" of the speech; just the components.
