headphones and talking

i've had to take out/ talk over my music. i love the headphones my dad gave. i've had to take them off pull 1 hweadphone off or pause my music when talking. these are amazing headphones. once i met a friend while i was listening to an audiobook. i wasn't paying attention until the chapter ended. that was with earphones. another thing with earphones is that i'd people watched after interacting with some. i was listening to music when a friend said about a concert at the LDS visitors center. i'd snapped out of it when he got close to me. i was too into my book to get the earphones out.
