how to stay modest

so my standards of "modesty" are as follows: -stay covered -wear light/ bright colors -don't show excess skin (unless necessary) when it comes to swim suits here are a few things to keep in mind: -who will be where your swimming -how old/ new is your swim suit (trust me I've had accidents. long story short i went to a party on saturday and my top was loose so....) -how tight/ loose will your suit fit?
