on Thursday i had the equivalent of 8.5 cups of coffee. i'm allowed 5. i decided to take it easy on the caffeine for 3 reason: I've got diabetes, I've got a muscle disorder and my back. i went nearly 3/4 of a day without caffeine. that's a long time. at least my body was able to get a break from it, my back pain went down and i lost 1/2 a pound.
