let me clarify 1 huge thing: my family is super supportive of me becoming a Mormon and doing a ton of things for the church but i don't think they're about to become Mormons themselves. the closest is getting them to consider going to something. that's about it. my mom even called me once "a newly minted Mormon" a few months after my baptism at my family reunion
