many people who have options open to them occasionally think it's at their disposal. i'm pretty go with it, in terms of options. someone thought that a police department should be at their disposal since her husband had been one of the force. i asked for help from my church and they said they'd see what they could help with. that's not "at my disposal" that's "asking for help and owing them big time."
