Heat therapy

I've been doing heat therapy since moving to somewhere i have a bath. Especially with the accident a year ago I need to have a heat therapy for it. While it's annoying i am feeling way better and I can sleep better

Fun

I was at a splash pad water park and had as much fun as I could. i took a break 3 hours in roughly. I needed to take a break from the fun while eating and using the bathroom. during 1 break i was asked to do my volunteer position which wasn't that hard. especially since I was helping my family as well. Anyways I was doing a lot of stuff like saying go ahead, wee and shaking water off my face

Leftover food

I've been trying to budget for the week. I've been having a hard time being able to save money. I love shopping and I like eating out. occasionally I will have leftovers and eat

Cold

While I occasionally feel cold for no reason I've been feeling horrible on occasion. That's a random illness that I could be weird and could be why I've been sick

Lunch out

I might be getting a new roommate and possibly we'll be getting lunch together soon

Swimming

my new roommate likes swimming and so do I so if we room together it'll be a good mutual activity

a few years ago I got some sunglasses that go over my regular ones. unfortunately they had some problems so I decided to get some new ones

I was given a bunch of shoes by my roommate. She went through something and outgrew her shoes so I took most of them

I love chasing kids. Many likes running around since they are high energy. I like playing with them and I like them as well and they like me

Keto-ish friendly food

I found a vegan pesto zoodles dish. cook chick peas and tomatoes for a few minutes. then spiralize zucchini into zoodles and add some vegan pesto to the zucchini noodles and once the tomatoes and chick peas are done add them to the zucchini noodles and pesto and you're done

allergies

I've been sneezing on occasion. My allergies are likely being triggered by the coldness of my body which is weird

Strange

I've been getting cold at night recently which is weird because I'm the crazy tank top girl

Halloween costume

once when I was going to a Halloween party I was in my tank top and skirt along with a pair of Crocs. this is when I was in the old area and I was doing therapy and I was getting ready during therapy. anyways I wore it 3x that month

My acid reflux is driving me nuts but I'm eating healthy which is good but not so much if I can't always eat

once on the way to the cursed child I was halfway dressed as Luna lovegood and then someone showed me a picture asking me for my phone number. i shook my head no

on Monday night i offered to cover a friend for the Monday night activity. everyone rallyed to help and have fun

once when I was a child I was given a few silly bandz. that was weird but thinking back people were flirting with me

Fake tattoo

I got a free temporary tattoo. I'm wearing it now on my arm. hilariously I liked henna tattoos and even had more when I was in my early in my convertion to the church

Weird accessories

Once I went to the mall in Wheaton and I got a few new things that I like. funnily enough it was the things that I used to wear before I converted to the LDS church. I still haven't worn them outside yet since it's still pretty hot outside

Healing

I'm still healing. with my health being funny I've been going to get as much health in my system as I can

Longer

I'm assuming that I can have my hair longer than usual with my hair getting better and better

Better

I'm still trying to get better. my health is crazy because of my period but is driving me nuts. it's hard but I am trying to get better

Dandruff

I'm still dealing with the dandruff and I have my hair growing out. I'm still dealing with it and its coming out in big chunks which is super irritating and I have to keep it in check with the dandruff in the shower and brushing my hair out. Luckily this is minor and while annoying is ok

I've been getting comments on my amythest ring. Occasionally it will be my pearl ring but it's my Amythest ring. total coincidence that it's my birth stone, my amythest stone

Once I was asked if I was on my friends Livestream and I was. I occasionally help with stuff

Healthy

I'm getting healthy with my diet and hair by taking care of my body and hair. I suffer from dandruff and then I was not eating right but now I'm trying to take care of myself

Shopping

I finally got around to doing a little bit of shopping yesterday. It was fun. granted I got stuff i needed like underwear, a bra, and some essential clothes like shorts and a shirt. i even mentioned that I needed a lot of these things

once I went out to brunch to give my roommate some space a person was in training so helped kinda like Brandon making sure his coworker was taking care of me

i got a couple of new dresses. 1 i purchased and then I was given another 1. both are nice

A parish I used to go to also embarrassed me. Once I was hanging out with my friends from the youth parish and we were meeting at the old parish. I was like this'll be fine. I was yanked back to say hi. also I back seat drove my friends back to the parish which is pretty funny

I slept in 2 hours this morning since I was super tired

I decided to goof around but I was doing that to let my roommate clean up

I went to a party this morning. it was fun. little boring after being ignored by my friends but I surprised my friends

I've been having joint pain but it's less now because I was walking around a lot

Once after an activity which I got to sit out for because my chair got hit a kid saw me and because I never got the chance to get it kicked to me sent it my way. Luckily I was able to get it under control

Dance class

I went to a crazy dance class. It was awesome but a friend wasn't feeling good

Blown away

in about 1 month I'll be 5.5 years without a single muscle spasm. Its crazy to think that I could get my driver's license

I wasn't going to say no to free stuff but it was kinda embarrassing to have someone sneak that for me

I went to do some stuff in my former house and I saw a rainbow today. It was raining and then I was like nice. I took pictures of it

Wedding

I went to a friends wedding yesterday. It was awesome. I loved it since I was there to support the friends. The event was crazy and I had a lot of fun. I accidentally did an Irish exit because my brother was there early and I was bad because I was i couldn't get a dessert or cake. At the least I got an orange soda in the spirit of said brother

Hydration

I needed a ton of water but I decided to get a ton of Powerade for it. Lucky I was able to drink it

I'm severely anemic. While I'm getting better there's a few things that are coming back. I'm trying to keep it at bay but I don't think I can have it stopped forever but I trusted my doctor and my dad who has medical training

On Sunday I like relaxing. Occasionally I will go to church but I don't like going unless I have to

I did a big shop from a store i love. Seriously I love living in the area i moved to but my heart is still where I lived for 2 years. My roommate asked about picking up a few items from the store which I happily did

So, I was at the mall today and somehow convinced people to try 2 different types of coffee despite not working there. i joked that I should apply. a few said that might work

Jeans and t-shirt

I've been walking around in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Its a relaxed style with my scoliosis which I like it

Injured

My wrist hurts. I've been getting a ton of pain killers and a lot of fiber in my diet to help with the pain. Luckily it's not that serious

Rearranging

Because I moved I'm rearranging things. I've been running the washer and dryer and making sure that I have things to fix up when I was in the garage. The roommate and missionaries are helping and making a head start

Clearing my nose

I ate some spicy chicken nuggets and cleared my nose. It was awesome since I needed to do that

Cleaning

So I have a townhouse with a roommate. The roommate is out of town and I have agreed to help with SOME of the cleaning. She has some stuff that prevents her from doing everything like I do but because she's out of town I can get to some of the heavy duty stuff she can't do or I can't do with her around

since I moved and it's warmer im wearing the hand-me-downs rings my grandma left me

Stay at the Rio all day

Once when I was going on the friend date with Preston, my family wanted to do a family dinner which means I had to stay at the Rio all day which isn't a bad thing but I had to stay there all day, entertaining myself, hanging out at the Rio area all day and having fun which is fine

Silly

So I went thrifting yesterday and I found a couple of things that were nice. 1 was a bag that was another to replace the old Mickey mouse bag and then my brother found and then forced on me a baseball cap licensed. He said it's because in the warmer months my skin gets very tan and looks like a rash almost. The hat isn't my color but it'll do the job

Accidentally chic

There have been a few times when I'm chic looking. It's usually an accident but it happens

new obsession

Motherland fort salem is my new obsession. i wanted stuff from that fandom for christmas. I'm glad i got what i got for christmas but still.

christmas present

My brother got me a couple of Harry Potter themed presents. They're awesome. He was irritated to give them to me. My mom found a delicate bracelet to give me. I'm appricative but not as into this stuff as i like twilight and motherland fort salem.

Vacation

I'm on vacation with my family. Once I was on my friend checked on me but another kept bugging me with this but I'm busy with stuff. Anyways I'm happy with this since it's crazy since I'm busy with helping out with stuff since I liked it being free

Books

i got a couple of new books from goodwill. I liked them and I got them from there to see the movie so I wanted to see if I liked it

Forced into it

A few times I've been forced to do things. Once I was forced to bear my testimony and 2x I was forced to do a dance routine. That was awesome all the time and people liked it when I did them

Illness

While I was able to relax and get better while the snow stuck in my apartment I hurt my back and feet and stuff like i have it. They're still sore since I was able to heal

Snow

As much as many people love snow, I don't think it's good since it locks many people in their houses and apartments. While I was stuck in my apartment and only going out when I needed to get some stuff. Luckily I was able to get some stuff done

Ill

i got sick on the way home from Florida. It stinks but I have medicine pre-snow storm

Meal prep

I meal prepped for a few days. hopefully it'll be good this week because of the snow storm clears.

Dead wrong

I went to an activity once and thought no one was going to notice me being there. i was 110% wrong. people knew i was there

Florida

I went to Florida. I once went to Buc-EE's and at the end of the way to the condo I was carrying Scabbers. Its awesome

Headache

I've got some health issues since I got sick so I'm suffering from headaches and it's not fun and I'm seriously sick. My mom also isn't well with that

Dry skin

After getting home from Florida I have a lot of dry skin and possibly a bit of dead skin due to sunburn

Cutting out sugar

I'm cutting down on sugar since I'm eating less sugary food

I went to a friend date. I was asked out by another friend

Black Friday

I went black Friday shopping. i got a bunch of stuff for my reclaiming stuff from the flood

Acne

I've got minor acne on my stomach and it'll hopefully be healing soon before the Florida trip

Long hair

I've been growing my hair out like crazy. despite the cut in the summer it's still long

Mouse book

I'm working on a new book on my pet mouse. It'll be nice to see it work on and have fun

Cleaning

I'm super interested in cleaning at the moment. not just my apartment but myself as well. keeping myself as clean as I can is good for my mental health. I'm anxious, autistic and am trying to maintain both. I have stuff to clean up the apartment and myself but I'm not completely sure if I can keep it up 100%
