because of my back issues i need to stretch like crazy. also i need a way to stand straight. my 1st day of yoga i stood straight by breathing. i was in agony as my back, joints and muscles weren't used to it. now it is a little bit as I'm able to stand and move around as if i didn't have back and joint issues. if you were to feel my back you'd feel my scoliosis and joint issues.
