me vs church me

many of you know I'm a baptized member of the LDS church (the shortened name of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints). i was baptized 15 days after my mom's birthday (may 25th and my mom's birthday is may 10th). the way i was before becoming an investigator of the church (and for a few months after it) i was kind of silly. i liked henna tattoos, crazy spray on hair dye, my accessories were Gothic and creepy to match my love of forensic science, which i still love. i'm still into that stuff and i'm slowly allowing that part of my life to come back since i'd gotten 2 henna tattoos on the inside of my wrists. my favorite color accessories are black and dark colors. my family is supportive of me being baptized but they aren't so keen on me emulating them (style wise or health code wise). i was given a make over and i sort of kept it as i was lazy but i went to Rehobeth beach last weekend and i got 2 tattoos (as well as getting a new back bearing tank top) i am slowly coming back to my old self.
